Pre-Orders will ship once product arrive

Orders will ship on a first come first serve basis

If for some reason the manufacturer/distributor cancels the product we will refund you immediately

The inventory we have listed is what we have on order

If the product you are looking at says "Pre-Order" below the title and says "Waiting List" were the add to cart button is that means we have sold through the pre-order stock. If you are still interested, hit the "Waiting List" button and we will see if we can get more on order, we will send you an e-mail letting you know when they will be in.

If you are paying by Amazon or Google payments we will mark it shipped in there system but it will be in a hold status on the site until it comes in and we ship.
